All coaching sessions are run and supervised by the Club's FAI qualified Coaches and the main emphasis at each session is on fun exercises and routines followed by small-sided games. The primary objective is to introduce the beautiful game to the next generation of children in a fun filled yet instructive manner. A secondary objective will be to form an Under 8 team for the 2026 season begining in September  that will have the benefit of a grounding in the basics of the game and will therefore be prepared for organised football. The Academy takes place in Rockfield Park in the new Astro Park on Saturday mornings between 10am – 11.00am.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThere is a once off registration fee of €5 (five) and a weekly fee thereafter of €3 (three) per Saturday session.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePlease note that only plastic or rubber moulded studded boots will be allowed on the Astro - there will be NO EXCEPTIONS\u003cbr\u003eVenue: Rockfield Park, Beaumont\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCost: €3\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe Academy is open to all children irrespective of ability.
